This week’s collection of apothecary goods comes to us from the white witch of Hastings… Hope’s Rose!

🛢️ How old is your oil tank?

Did you know that many residential oil tanks can last 35–40 years depending on their condition and environment? The problem is, a lot of homeowners have no idea how old their tank actually is.

Huge thank you to the team at John Carroll Area Ambulance Service in Carrolltown for trusting us with their facility's comfort. We recently wrapped up the installation of a new 4-zone Fujitsu mini-split system to deliver reliable, efficient heating and cooling year-round.

Thank you to all the first responders and staff for everything you do to keep our community safe. It was a privilege working with your team.

With a heat wave heading our way next week, your AC is about to work overtime. Don't wait until it is 85 degrees outside to find out your system can't keep up.

Take these 3 quick steps this weekend to protect your system:

1. Change the filter: A fresh filter prevents your system from choking and overheating under heavy load.

2. Clear the outside unit: Clear away tall grass, weeds, and debris. Your outdoor unit needs 2 feet of clear space to dump heat efficiently.

3. Pre-cool early: Lower your thermostat a few degrees in the morning while it is still cool outside so your AC isn't playing catch-up during peak afternoon heat.

Out with the old, in with the efficiency.

We just wrapped up a major comfort upgrade, replacing a 30-year-old furnace and air conditioner. To get everything running at peak performance, we modified the flue and fresh air intake to accommodate the new system, ran a brand new line set, and custom-adapted the ductwork for seamless airflow.
