Installed this soaking tub and filler to finally complete this bathroom remodel we have been working on for a while! Tub wouldn’t fit through the door way, so we had to get them a new piece of glass ordered, take out the old window, bring in the tub and then install the New Window! Only to find out the tub was damaged! 😆
Ordered a new tub and had to take the glass window out again to get the new tub in! Never had a job quite like this one!

Recently we helped turn an existing back porch into an addition for a Master Kitchen. The owners had this planned out for awhile and we’re finally able to have a contractor turn their dreams into a reality! We were very pleased with the results and enjoyed seeing the transformation take place during the process! Thanks for the opportunity and it was great working with you on this project.

Check out this before and after!!
We were asked to install new siding, stacked stone, Soffit and Fascia, and build a new front porch. We did some prior design and material planning and put the rest into action.

Update on a Job we tackled just recently! We were hired to replace the 2x12 beams and it turned out the vertical 8x8s were rotten out. We had a plan drawn up by Royce C Engineering and the GluLams delivered within 10 days. It took some man power, but here is the result of our hardwork.
Thanks to everyone who helped out and the results were very nice!! We installed new 8x8 GluLams, 2x12 headers with hangers, and PVC to enclose the lumber. Poor flashing and water pe*******on turned these columns bad within 12 years of new construction of this Porch.

We would like to share some of the recent work we have been doing. We undermined an existing egress stairwell from 1800s @ Omni Bedford Springs Resort. Our goal is to pour new concrete and revamp the existing structure so it is secure for years to come. It comes with challenge but it’s also good to us in a way. This is an Egress stairwell and needs to remain open in order for the guests to remain safe and have a means of escape! We will follow order and do our best to get this Stair-tower open to the guests ASAP! We will post more when it is complete.
It’s been a fun process and will remain to be challenging; but rewarding at the same time.
