This one was about trust, communication, and helping a family create a place where memories will be made for years to come.

Our clients purchased this beautiful second home to enjoy lake life here in New Hampshire. Because they live out of state, every detail of this renovation depended on clear communication, collaboration, and thoughtful planning. From the very first conversation, we worked together through every design decision, refining each element until the vision felt just right.

The result is a kitchen that feels both timeless and welcoming—featuring custom beam details integrated into the design, soft custom cabinetry, bright quartz surfaces, open shelving, and a layout that completely transformed how the space functions and feels.

What started as a dated, closed-off kitchen became the heart of the home—a place designed for gathering after long days on the lake, sharing meals with family and friends, and enjoying everything that makes lake life special.

We are incredibly grateful to our clients for trusting us with their vision and allowing us to bring it to life from design through construction.

Not every project starts smoothly — but the best ones are worth working through.

This addition in Meredith, NH came with its share of obstacles right from the start. The foundation conditions presented a few challenges early on, and it took careful planning, patience, and problem solving to get everything exactly where it needed to be.

But that’s the reality of building — especially here in New Hampshire. The important part is how you work through it.

Once the structure was in place, this project really began to come together. We matched the existing home with dentil molding, installed real cedar shake siding, and added hand-stained wood doors that bring warmth into the space. Inside, the natural wood ceilings and hardwood floors create a bright, open room that feels like it has always been part of the house.

From the framing stage to the final details, this addition turned into a beautiful extension of the home.

Projects like this are why we love what we do.
