Wrapped up another successful DACG Internship Program! 🎉
Over the course of two weeks, our three interns had the unique opportunity to experience every corner of DACG, gaining firsthand exposure to the many roles that make our projects successful from concept to completion.

Through job shadowing, hands-on learning, Procore training, site visits, and a capstone presentation, our interns gained a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and the collaboration required to bring projects to life. Dave joins our team as a Senior Project Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects across multiple states. He has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

His background includes project planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, risk management, operational leadership, and team coordination. Throughout his career, Dave has held leadership roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and Regional Operations Manager, where he successfully led teams, improved processes, and drove project performance.

With extensive experience in warehouse and supply chain operations, as well as commercial HVAC, Jorge brings a strong background in large-scale project coordination and hands-on technical expertise.

A proud United States Air Force Veteran, Jorge is highly skilled in logistics management, inventory control, and team leadership. His experience includes supervising warehouse operations, improving processes, and ensuring safety compliance, along with expertise in reading blueprints and HVAC installation. He is currently attending Seminole State College, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction.
