Interplan LLC is a full service A/E firm offering a full range of services all in house. The firm is dedicated to providing total solutions for national and local corporate/franchise programs for the restaurant, retail, hospitality and commercial industries. Meet Garrett Gruttadauria, one of our Project Coordinators. When the headphones go on, the to-do list doesn’t stand a chance. 🎧

For Garrett, teamwork comes down to trust. Everyone owns their piece, nobody has to babysit, and the whole thing just works. He’ll also happily admit the free food caught him off guard when he started. Bagel Fridays have a way of winning people over. 🥯

When he’s not locked in, you’ll find him making art, gaming, or out with friends.

And if Interplan ever gets its own Office-style mockumentary, Garrett’s already camera-ready. He’s been glancing at the imaginary camera this whole time 👀

That’s how Vanessa Fillip describes RestaurantPoint East once everyone finally shows up.

The Ladies in Red caught up with Vanessa, Manager of Executive Accounts for CMPG's RestaurantPoint East and West and C-StorePoint events. She and her team spend months building the event and the schedule, so getting to be on site and actually connect with everyone? That’s the payoff.

And when she’s not here, she’s traveling somewhere new, diving into the culture and especially the food. Her words: “I’m a big foodie, hence RestaurantPoint.” 😄

She once thought her goal only happened in movies.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we're passing along the advice of Angelia Mendez Silva, a Puerto Rican Program Manager in MEP Engineering at Interplan, straight from someone who lived it.

"I didn't think that I would be able to get to where I am today. That was a super unreachable goal, maybe something that happens in movies. But I made it and I just kept going and I never gave up." Stick to it. Believe in yourself. Stay engaged. Stay willing to learn. A good, positive attitude and just keep going. That's all you need."
