Moniz, Jr., Precision Concrete Construction quickly established a reputation as a high quality place and finish operation. Built on the strong foundation of experience and a dedication to quality, Lenny has guided the Company though its phenomenal growth, from a one truck “place and finish” operation to the current multi-million dollar operation. Over the following decades, that reputation has expanded to include not only finishing concrete, but virtually every other aspect of concrete construction as well, making Precision one of the largest full-service concrete construction companies in the Southeast. From field engineers to heavy equipment operators, architectural concrete “artists” to demolition experts, Precision has the experienced personnel and equipment to perform at the highest level. Additionally, as our expertise has increased, so has our coverage expanding from our home in Atlanta to blanketing the Southeast and beyond. The company has grown and earned its ranking among the Engineering News-Record’s Top 600 Specialty Contractors, as well as being ranked in Concrete Construction’s Top 100 list of Concrete Contractors. Precision has prepared for the future by strengthening the Company’s infrastructure and by adding management and specialized individuals to provide for the needs of our clients. The ability to offer turnkey service is what sets Precision apart in commercial and industrial concrete construction. Our full-time Safety Director and staff ensure that all of our projects meet OSHA regulations and that all work, from excavation through topping out, is performed in a safe manner. As a result, Precision Concrete’s Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is among the best in the industry. In short, Precision has worked hard to gain the reputation as the Southeast’s premier concrete contractor and we realize that it will take twice the effort to maintain that position. We remain dedicated to our mission.
