This project for repeat client VanTrust Real Estate and Anderson-DuBose is a 197K SF, two-story facility that includes 57K SF of with temperatures ranging from -5° to 34°. The building is supported by 39 insulated dock doors, rail access, dedicated spaces for truck maintenance, a wash bay feature, and administrative areas. A strong finish delivered through a trusted partnership and a team effort.

From all over Georgia, we are this back-to-school season. is supporting local students through Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, and is collecting supplies for the North Fulton Community Charities Backpack Drive and spent an afternoon socializing and enjoying some schoolyard games.
