Sometimes a fresh start for a neighborhood green space means going back to basics. For this Suwanee project, we spent time clearing out overgrown turf, removing old roses and stumps, and prepping the soil around the clubhouse and main entrances.

New trees and shrubs were chosen to add color, privacy, and structure while keeping the area easy to care for year-round. With healthy planting mix, pine straw, and attention to details like compacted soil, the space now feels more welcoming for everyone who passes by.
