From day one, our interns jumped right in.

Over the summer, they worked with teams across the company, gained hands on experience, explored jobsites, and contributed to projects that made a real impact. They also had the chance to build relationships through Camp Rogers, Topgolf, and more.

We had a great time welcoming students from the Boys & Girls Club for the Think Big For Kids program! ⚡

The day included a look inside Rogers Electric, a hands-on light switch wiring activity, a scissor lift demonstration, pizza lunch, prizes, and plenty of questions and conversations along the way.

Opportunities like this allow us to introduce the younger generation to the electrical industry and show them the many career paths available.

We loved sharing what we do and hope we inspired a few future electricians along the way!
