After 18 years of dedication, hard work, and countless contributions to WSI, we had the honor of celebrating the retirement of Danny Duckett yesterday surrounded by coworkers, friends, music, laughter, and gratitude.

Danny has been a huge part of our team over the years, always willing to help, support others, and do whatever was needed to keep things moving. In Every task, his hard work and attitude have made a lasting impact on so many people here.

This moment was even more meaningful because Danny is the first employee to retire under our ESOP, something we are incredibly proud to celebrate together.

Danny, thank you for everything you’ve done for WSI through the years. We are going to miss you, and we wish you the very best in this new chapter ahead. 🎉💚
