Macon, GA has a brand-new Dutch Bros Coffee!

Horizon is proud to continue our partnership with Dutch Bros and help support the growth of this strong national brand.

The project team did a great job driving this one through completion, including securing the Certificate of Occupancy before the punch walk—a great example of staying ahead of the closeout process and setting the project up for a smooth turnover.

Congratulations to everyone involved on another successful Dutch Bros project!

Chick-fil-A Memorial Drive is complete and officially serving chicken!

This unique relocation project moved the restaurant just down the street from its original location, which proudly served the community for 38 years. The new restaurant opened on July 8 and is better equipped to serve guests efficiently while continuing its long-standing tradition in the community for many years to come.

Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this project across the finish line!

PM: Kirk H.

From vision to reality!

Our team recently completed a truly one-of-a-kind remodel for the Chick-fil-A in Troy, Ohio.

Originally, the restaurant occupied only half of an inline retail building, with the remaining space leased to another tenant. As part of this reinvestment project, we transformed the entire building into a 6,333-square-foot Chick-fil-A, making it one of the 10 largest restaurants in the Chick-fil-A system.

This unique renovation completely reimagined the space, creating a larger, more efficient restaurant that better serves both the operator and the community.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this project a success!
