Sometimes the work day gets put on pause for something bigger.

With our area under a Fire Weather Warning, the pager went off and our crew answered the call. Every member of our staff is a volunteer firefighter, so when our rural communities need help, they go. 🚒

The projects, deadlines, and long days matter, but protecting our neighbors, land, and community matters too. Proud of this crew for always being willing to step away from the job site and serve where they’re needed most.

Small towns run on people willing to show up. ❤️

Today we celebrate the guy who keeps everything moving.

The phone rings constantly. Customers call, schedules change, problems pop up, equipment needs moved, questions need answered, and somehow he handles it all without complaint. If he isn’t working on the business, he’s volunteering his time with the fire department, saddle club, or merchants club to help make our community a better place.

And in the middle of all of it, he’s still showing our kids what hard work, dedication, and leadership look like every single day. As you can see in this photo, his little sidekick wants to be just like Dad someday. ❤️

Happy Birthday to the boss, the backbone of Sims Valley, and the man we are so thankful for every day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there 💐
To the moms raising babies, chasing toddlers, cheering from the bleachers, guiding grown children, waiting and praying for babies, missing babies, stepmoms, bonus moms, grandmas, adoptive moms, and every woman pouring love into others, today is for you. ❤️
Motherhood comes in many forms, and each journey is beautiful in its own way. We are truly blessed by the love, strength, sacrifice, and care that mothers give every single day.

Another septic drain field wrapped up and ready to go. This project included the installation of four 100’ runs of infiltrator chambers, followed by backfill and final grading after inspection approval.

Proper drainage, attention to grade, and a clean finish are what make these systems perform for years to come.
