We just handed over keys to this beautiful home! We love the way it turned out. We went with a deep blue color with a classic red brick for the exterior of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We also used deep blue as an accent color inside. White oak, quartz countertops, and beautiful LVP flooring balance it out well. This home sits at 1.5 acres.

We have these 2 houses that will be hitting the market soon. Both are 1350SF, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1.5 acres. Located in rural Mountainburg, 8 minutes off Hwy 71.

The blue house is closer to being finished. The second house will be painted soon and close behind.

The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. Finished product will be stunning on both!

This was such a fun project!! We did not do a good job at taking before photos but Iā€™m going to share what we have.

Hereā€™s an overview of what we did:

Exterior: fresh paint, fresh stain, replacing damaged siding as needed, added gutters

Kitchen: paint all existing cabinets, new countertops and backsplash, new lighting, new sink and faucet. Added new cabinets/bar, and shelves.

Hallway/breakfast nook: we turned this unused space into a pantry with a beautiful barn door.

Stairwell: removed spindles and closed in open area. Took out carpet and added wood treads.

Master bedroom/bathroom: the bedroom had a large bathroom vanity in the room. The room connected to another bedroom through a jack and Jill bathroom that also had a vanity. We removed all of that and reconfigured it to be a nice master bathroom.

Other bathrooms: new shower insert, glass doors, fresh paint on cabinets, new countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and tile.

Laundry room: removed unused trash compactor and old pantry cabinet to open up the space. Added a bead board accent with pegs and a shoe box.

Throughout the house: new flooring, fresh paint, trim paint, and lighting.

Here is a complete remodel we did. The house got a major facelift and we are so happy with the results!
