Looking for full-time or part-time help.

Experience is great… but honestly, we’re mostly looking for someone with:

✅ Common sense
✅ A functioning alarm clock
✅ Reliable transportation
(your cousin’s girlfriend’s ride “most days” does not count)
✅ The ability to read and understand a clock
✅ A pulse and a decent work ethic
✅ The physical ability to lift things heavier than a Monster Energy drink
✅ The ability to use power tools without turning the jobsite into a fireworks show
✅ Thick skin and a sense of humor
✅ Willingness to work in heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and whatever weather Michigan decides to throw at us that day
✅ Ability to show up on time consistently
(not just after payday)
✅ Ability to survive without complaining every 11 minutes
✅ Ability to work without disappearing for 45 minutes “to make a phone call”

💰 Pay based on experience and work ethic.
