Review of ThirdShift Systems
I contacted ThirdShift Systems in January of 2025, expressing my interest in some exterior home security. They responded the same day asking what I was looking to accomplish. We had a detailed conversation about my needs and what exactly was on my property. Within a couple of days, I was provided estimates for three different packages outlining what each package included. I was also given the option of mixing and matching options from each package to create a security system customized specifically for my needs. I took some time to review the packages and to think about my needs and wants. I reached out to them with a few questions, all of which were answered promptly. I decided on the package and indicated I would like to move forward with the project.
They set up a convenient time to visit my home so they could see the actual layout of my property, any landscape that may obstruct views, and determine what would work best for my needs. Based on their findings and our discussions, I then received a revised estimate tailored specifically to my needs.
Within just a short while, the installation was scheduled when it was convenient for me. They showed up right when they said they would, they installed the complete system including six cameras on the exterior of my home and a doorbell camera on my front porch. After getting everything wired, and setting the NVR up, they adjusted the cameras, so each had the best view.
They were very meticulous in their work and cleaned up after themselves throughout the entire installation process. They took the time to explain the system, how to view each camera and the associated footage, and answered any questions I had. They have since communicated with me to see if everything is functioning properly, meeting my needs, and answering any questions I have about the entire system.
My entire experience with Chris at Third Shift Systems was great. I am so glad I was able to find this business for my security needs. There are no monthly or annual costs to view camera activity, and I have the full capability to review anything that has occurred on my property. I could not have asked for a better experience and getting to meet the team was great too!
