PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: SPRING PROJECT- THE FINAL
We are pleased to say that we have FINISHED our project on the Michigan Masonic Home Grand Porch and Boulevard.
The past two weeks were spent tying up a lot of loose ends:
✔ Sidewalks were all poured and completed. (Miller Construction & Central Concrete)
✔ Parking lot curbing was poured. (Miller Construction & Central Concrete)
✔ Landscape bed curbing was completed. (GSU)
✔ Railings were set into place. (Bill's Custom Fab)
✔ Sidewalk heating hook up was finalized. (Gateway Refrigeration)
✔ Final irrigation was set. (RS Irrigation)
* On curbing day we had 21 employees from 6 different companies all there working simultaneously! * (THAT was a busy day!!)
✔ Sign bed plantings were installed.
✔ Hydroseeding was completed.
✔ Lighting was tested.
✔ New shutters were installed. (Konwinski Construction)
✔ New asphalt was installed.
🌹It has been amazing to watch the transformation of this space over the past 19 weeks. If you are in the area, take a drive through and see the transformation for yourself! (And, you need to see it both during the day AND at night.)
We are grateful to the Masonic Home for trusting us with another project for them. We hope the entrance landscape brings joy for years to come for all who visit!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: QUICK TOUCH-UP
This project wasn't a large one for us, but it made a difference in the final look of the place. All we were tasked with was to add a small stone buffer strip with minimal plantings, and then hydroseed.
Small projects like this are important to our business- not only does it help fill in time when we are waiting on other contractors, but it gives our crews a breather in between the larger projects.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: SUMMER REFRESH
This client waited patiently for us to have a break in our big Spring project where we were able to complete this beautiful refresh of their landscape. Sometimes all it takes is fresh mulch, new plants, and a new walkway to make things look totally different!
We hope our clients' enjoy their refreshed landscape for years to come!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: TAKE A BREAK
While this project was on the smaller side, it left a big impact! In an area just outside the tree line, our clients envisioned a quiet, calm, relaxing spot. Our crew created a unique double circle sitting area, with a firepit in the center of the outer circle. Our landscape crew came in after the patio was done and added subtle plantings surrounding the space.
What started out as another part of the lawn to mow, is now a quiet, serene spot to sit and watch the world go by.
We hope our clients enjoy many relaxing evenings in their new space.
