HIRING - Lawn Care Crew Leader
Down to Earth Lawn & Landscaping, LLC is a small family owned business in the Louisville/Alliance area. We are currently hiring for a lawn care crew leader. The crew leader will work with one other person and will be responsible for managing and completing the daily/weekly mowing schedule. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, detail oriented and able to communicate in a professional manner with clients, crew members and management. Must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude.
- 2-3 years of commercial and residential mowing experience is required.
- Knowledge of commercial mowing equipment(stand on/zero turn mowers, backpack blowers and string trimmers is required.
- Must be able to drive and back up truck and trailer and have valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions for long hours.
- Monday thru Friday, some Saturdays when needed. Overtime offered when available.
- Pay will be based on experience.
