We kept the stone wall and kitchen ceiling that were original to this home, and planned the new layout around them. Every new element had to work with what was already there. Swipe through to see how it came together.

This one hurts! Our last Soccer Senior Day! We did not have the greatest weather day to celebrate Ej, but he has had such a solid year and we are so proud of all that he has done as Captain of the team! Go Vikes!!

On this project, we sat down with the homeowners early in design and worked out every opening together, from placement to size to how each room would take in light. Keith explains what it took to carry that plan through to the finished house.

Here you see a lot that was cleared very precisely to preserve the character. Enough to allow us to build the beautiful home to go on it, but also enough to feel like it belongs amongst the trees, which is the whole point.
Excavation work is next on this Graystone Preserve Build.

Someone needs a 9.5” filler cabinet. Not a kitchen, not a full run of cabinetry. Just 9.5” to close a gap bigger shop wouldn’t bother opening a job for. Keith explains why our cabinet shop takes that call anyway: the job isn’t done until it fits, no matter how small the piece is. That’s the difference between everyone else and us!

Our clients that built at Old Saucon picked most, if not all, of their selections in one visit. Not because we rushed them, but because we didn’t make them choose from everything. Five floor plans and a curated set of finishes, all laid out on the model home basement. Keith explains why fewer, better options beat an overwhelming catalog: the work was already done before the client walked in.

We love repeat customers!
The best compliment on a job like this is when nobody can tell what’s new. We built this detached garage to match the existing home, and connected the two with a covered walkway.
