From rendering to reality.

The Baer Powerhouse at the Rock River Thresheree is a 48′ × 124′ monitor-style post-frame building built for a unique purpose: housing historic engine displays at Threshermen’s Park in Edgerton, Wisconsin.

A commercial design-build project with real engineering, careful coordination, and a finished result true to the original vision.

Spring has sprung, and there’s no better place to get the season started than Waldoch Farm in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. From beautiful hanging baskets and bedding plants to vegetable starts and fresh local produce, they’ve been helping families grow for generations.

We were proud to partner with our friends at Waldoch Farm back in 2023 on this custom 60' x 104' x 20' building featuring a bold red roof, bright white walls, a wraparound porch, and a beautiful cedar truss entry. Built to serve as part workshop, part machine storage, and part seasonal processing space, it’s a great example of a building designed around the way a customer really works.

Explore the full layout of The Settlement Equestrian Center in this cinematic tour.

The project includes a 280' × 81' indoor riding arena, a connected 24-stall barn, spacious tack and feed rooms, a wash stall, laundry, and a central lobby with office and viewing space.

Every part of the design was built around rider workflow, horse comfort, durability, and long-term performance. The tour walks you through the arena, the stall barn, the support spaces, and the architectural finishes that tie the entire facility together.
