I know this is off topic but I hope everyone is realizing to start supporting local farmers to keep them farming because food including meat is starting to become fully made in laboratories is on its way out. This isn't something to sleep on and ignore. Proper nutrition is the most important thing for all of us. They are going to wean everyone into it starting with fast food.

no need to worry about power outages if you get a pullout generator system!

No, you can't have a party for 40 and host Thanksgiving dinner and run your hot tub or charge your car, let's be realistic, but most if not all of your essentials will be on so you can be comfortable, have lighting , warm up food and have tv/internet, garage door openers, etc!

With many homes around the area getting older and older, if you are thinking about buying a home that has wiring like this running throughout it or the even older k**b and tube it's getting to the point this wiring is not able to get worked on.

When this wiring has sat in the same position for 60+ years once it gets moved more times than not the wires insulation is crumbling apart right in our hands. This means once it has been moved it's in worse shape than just leaving it be.

If a realtor is saying the house has been "rewired" 9 times out of 10 it has been partially rewired and all the harder to reach things still have the old wire. Almost every house claimed to be "rewired" that was told to us has been a lie.

If you are looking to buy an older home, it's most certainly worth it to pay an electrician you trust to be there for a few hours to give the house a thorough look. House rewires are ranging from $35,000-$50,000 on average. If someone is coming in much cheaper than that your house isn't going to get fully rewired because the amount of time it takes to do it properly there will be no way the company makes any money. It's the too good to be true price and you will have just wasted your money because if a house doesn't get fully rewired straight from the get go it's almost impossible to figure out if they have hidden any splices of old wire and makes it even more of a money pit.

Choose wisely! Many people buy the house first and then have an electrician come out to do some minor work like change some plugs or light fixtures and the wire is not able to be handled.

We respond quickly to emergencies! This customer was changing a couple of outlets and shut the main breaker off to do so, he then went to turn it back on and the main breaker failed. We were able to get him power back on in under an hour upon arrival and are changing the electrical panel out today due to water damage/corrosion.

Make sure your outside plugs are working properly before it is a last minute 911 emergency to get an electrician to your house to light up your Halloween and Christmas decorations.
