A lot of yapping for people who weren't on the jobsite. 💀

Keep the comments coming though, they're great for engagement.

After 8 hits, I decided the mailbox needed a little more than a replacement.

Concrete, wood, and a whole lot of optimism that I won't be making a Part 3.

Place your bets. How long do we think this one lasts?

Eight times. EIGHT. At this point, I'm convinced my mailbox has a target on it.

A little adrenaline, a questionable amount of confidence, and one really good-looking chimney.

Would I do it again? Unfortunately, yes.

I just really like the color blue, what can I say 🤷‍♂️

Nobody tells you that being a general contractor is about 20% building things and 80% solving problems you didn't even know existed. Between scheduling subcontractors, chasing down materials, and figuring out what the last guy was thinking, there's never a dull moment.

Nothing like a little prep work before permanently changing the color of everything within a 10-foot radius. 😂

Sometimes the job doesn’t start with building something new. Sometimes it starts with figuring out what went wrong the first time.

Once we opened this wall up, we found some pretty significant damage from mistakes made when the house was originally built. At that point, there’s no covering it back up and hoping for the best.

We tore out what needed to go and started rebuilding it the way it should’ve been done in the first place.
Thank goodness the guys know how to build it back right.

Have you ever started a “small repair” at your house and found a much bigger problem hiding underneath?

Some jobsite views are better than others.

One of the houses we’re working on, disappearing into the Tennessee fog this morning. Not a bad way to start the day.

Would you take a foggy morning like this or a clear sunrise?
