The only reason this roof won’t get approved by the insurance company is because of the algae and lichens. That’s because the insurance companies are totally corrupt. They will say that any hail impacts are simply “because of the lichens” even though there is legitimate hail damage. If your roof looks like this consider spraying with wet and forget before filing your claim to improve your chances of insurance approval.
