Ayden has shown tremendous growth in the powerline industry and continues to learn, improve, and take pride in his role as a Lineman C. He is always observant and safety-minded when operating the bucket, and he stays committed to growing his skills through the apprenticeship program.
More importantly, Ayden is the kind of coworker you can count on. He’s always willing to help, no matter the task, and brings a positive attitude to the crew. He treats customers and coworkers with respect and consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of him.
Whether it’s an outage, weekend work, or just another hard day in the field, Ayden shows up and gets after it. That kind of dependability and work ethic does not go unnoticed.
