Been so busy, I haven’t even been able to post any new work to the page. This is for April. May trumps this by a lot.
We are looking for Laborers & License plumbers, license well technicians, & license septic technicians.

When applying for these positions know that we test skills & knowledge test in interview with hands on activity in test. If a person does not pass we do not hire them for field techs.

Laborers must know basic hand tools, how to work a shovel, loading & unloading of equipment, how to drive a truck along with atleast towing a small trailer.
Must be eager to work and have pep in one’s step with the desire to learn & turn this into a career if one expects to succeed.
We don’t have time for people that just want to do the bare minimum to collect a check around here.
We take pride in what we do & deliver excellence, if that’s not you then this job isn’t for you.

This week has been a busy and full one for us! Between all the rain, we’ve been working hard on installing a new septic system anytime the weather gives us a break.

We’ve also had a high volume of calls and messages coming in, and it’s truly been all hands on deck around here, and our internet has been down all week. We apologize if we haven’t answered or gotten back to you as quickly as normal, but please know we are doing our best and will respond as soon as possible.

We usually post about plumbing, excavation, and some pretty messy jobs…

…but today we wanted to share that it is Teacher Appreciation Week, and we wanted to take a minute to recognize the people who handle a different kind of “mess” every single day.

The patience, energy, and dedication it takes doesn’t go unnoticed.

If you’re able to, take a moment this week to show a little appreciation—whether it’s a small gift, a note, or just a simple thank you. It doesn’t have to be anything big or over the top, and it definitely doesn’t make anyone a “teacher’s pet”… but they shouldn’t go unnoticed either.

Parrs Enterprises is looking for a dependable, hands-on Systems Floater / Mechanic to support our daily operations across the board. This is a versatile role for someone who can step in wherever needed—whether that’s in the office, around the shop, or out on a job site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and service company fleet (trucks, trailers, and equipment)
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to keep everything job-ready
* Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, inspections, etc.)
* Assist in the shop with organization, inventory, and general upkeep
* Support field crews on job sites as needed
* Help with basic office or operational tasks when required
* Safely operate trucks and pull trailers to transport equipment/materials

Requirements:

* Experience with mechanical repairs (diesel/gas trucks, trailers, small equipment)
* Valid driver’s license with ability to drive truck & trailer
* Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve
* Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and shop safety
* Plumbing or construction knowledge is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

* Someone reliable who takes pride in keeping equipment running

Parrs Enterprises is looking for a dependable, hardworking laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working in the field on residential and commercial plumbing, sewer, and excavation jobs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Digging, shoveling, and assisting with excavation work
* Installing and assisting with sewer, water, and drain piping
* Working in crawl spaces and tight/confined areas when required
* Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean
* Driving company truck and pulling trailer to and from job sites
* Assisting lead plumbers and operators with daily tasks

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong work ethic and reliability (show up and work hard)
* Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
* Comfortable working in crawl spaces and trenches
* Valid driver’s license (experience pulling a trailer is a plus)
* Basic plumbing knowledge preferred, but willing to train the right person
* Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
