🏠 IS YOUR HOME TELLING YOU SOMETHING?
Cracks don't always mean disaster—but they can be a warning sign that your foundation is moving.
Have you noticed:
🔸 Cracks in brick, block, or drywall
🔸 Doors or windows that suddenly stick
🔸 Floors that feel uneven
🔸 Gaps between walls and ceilings
🔸 A porch, addition, or carport that has settled
🔸 Cracks getting larger over time
🔸 Areas of your home that appear to be sinking
Don't just patch the crack. Find out WHY the structure is moving.
At Rock Solid Foundations, we focus on stabilizing the foundation—not simply hiding the symptoms.
🔩 HELICAL PILES & FOUNDATION UNDERPINNING
Depending on the structure and soil conditions, helical piles can be installed beneath or alongside existing foundations to transfer structural loads into deeper, more reliable soil.
For appropriate applications, hydraulic piering systems can also be used to stabilize settling structures and, when conditions allow, assist in lifting the structure toward its original elevation.
Every foundation is different.
That's why we look at:
✅ Soil conditions
✅ Structural loads
✅ Existing foundation construction
✅ Elevation changes
✅ Drainage and site conditions
✅ Pier placement and capacity
Our goal is to develop a repair that addresses the cause of the movement and provides long-term structural support.
DON'T WAIT UNTIL A SMALL PROBLEM BECOMES A BIG ONE.
