A fence can look great from 5,000 feet away—until you notice a bald spot underneath every post.
Post areas are easy to overlook when spraying, especially after you've spent hours moving down a long fence line. Missing those areas means coming back later to touch up what could have been covered during the initial application.
One technique demonstrated is to whip the spray pattern upward as you finish the bottom rail, catching the edge and working the spray up toward the post. From there, pay attention to the top and face of the post before continuing down the fence line.
The key is being intentional about those hard-to-reach areas:
✔️ Watch the area underneath each post
✔️ Adjust your spray angle as you approach the post
✔️ Catch the edges and corners
✔️ Get the top of the post
✔️ Check the front of the rail or cover board
✔️ Don't move on until the post area has adequate coverage
