Another successful quarterly meeting in the books‼️👷🏾‍♀️👷🏾‍♂️🚧

Today was the perfect balance of learning, collaboration, and fun👨🏾‍🏫😁 Our team participated in interactive sessions focused on Effective Communication & Team Building, Work Ethic & Reliability, and Safety Awareness—because investing in our people is just as important as the projects we build🏗️

We also took time to recognize and celebrate employees whose dedication and contributions continue to strengthen our team. 👏

We wrapped up the day with some friendly competition at the bowling alley, building stronger relationships both on and off the jobsite. 🎳

Freedom and Unity Grounded in spiritual discipline.

Today is , and we wanted to take today to educate and reflect on the importance of the holiday in commemoration of the 1865 date when the end of slavery was announced by Union troops in Galveston, Texas. :

❤ Many enslaved people could not be free even after the announcement, as their captors kept them in bo***ge
💚 It is the first new federal holiday approved since Martin Luther King Jr. Day in 1983
💛 It has been celebrated for generations in black communities for over 150 years
❤ Some historians trace the symbolic meaning of the color red in Juneteenth celebration usage to West African culture where red can symbolize values such as resilience and sacrifice

Another project completed, and another opportunity to build stronger communities! 🚧🏠

We were honored to partner with QSM and the Ruston Housing Authority on the development of 20 homes in Ruston, Louisiana using TRUEGRID permeable pavers. This was our first time installing the TRUEGRID system, and we were impressed by both the product and the process.
A special thank you to QSM and the Ruston Housing Authority for trusting our team with this project. We look forward to continuing projects that strengthen communities and leave a lasting impact across Louisiana.

Today was a great day at Louisiana Christian University! We had the opportunity to speak with students in the College of Business Industrial & Organizational Psychology class; a leadership, motivation, and real-world business class.

Our CEO, Mr. Al Turner shared the story of Turner & Turner Contracting, the opportunities we provide, and left them with a powerful reminder—walk in integrity and always evaluate where you are versus where you’re going as growth will require more.
