Last week marked 10 years of Magnolia State Construction.

What started with Chris Naalbandian, a few guys, and a focus on custom homes, remodels and additions has grown into a company serving projects across Louisiana.

Today, our primary focus is commercial and industrial construction, backed by our residential division, in-house capabilities and one of the largest roll-off dumpster operations in Central Louisiana.

As an ISNetworld-certified contractor, we’ve built Magnolia around doing things the right way—quality work, proper training, safety and accountability.

A lot has changed in 10 years. The standard hasn’t.

Here’s to the next 10.

Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.

25 years later, we still honor their courage, their sacrifice, and the way our country came together in the days that followed.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

A lot more happens behind the scenes at Magnolia State Construction than you might think.

We don’t just handle remodels and new builds. We fabricate custom cabinets in-house, and when it’s time to pick the stone to finish them off, our stone yard is right here too.

From the cabinets to the countertops to the full project, we can keep more of the process under one roof.

Built here. Fabricated here. Installed by our team.

Big job? Bring it on.

Magnolia State Construction has some of the largest roll-off dumpsters in town, because the last thing you need is your job sitting still waiting on another dumpster.

The process is easy: call our office, schedule your delivery, fill it up, and we’ll come haul it off. Still working? We’ll drop another one and keep you moving.

Less waiting. More hauling. No downtime.

Construction sites, remodels, cleanouts—we’ve got a dumpster for it.
