🤩 CREW EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🤩

We would like to introduce you to another one of our reliable Insulation Assistants, Jordan Svoboda.

Jordan has been with us since December 2025 and has proven himself to be a valued addition to our crew!

Here are a few details and fun facts we'd like to share with you about him:
He says what he really likes best about working @ Tri County is the people he gets to work with and doing the job itself.

A fun fact that most people don’t know about Jordan is that he is a car collector and has 6 vehicles already!!

The best piece of advice he has received is: "Do it right the first time so you don't have to do it again!!"

What Jordan likes to do when he's not at work is work on vehicles, ride motorcycle, swim, walk his two huskies & travel.

Stay tuned for future office staff & crew member posts that will allow you to get to know the rest of our "foamily”!

What is the meaning of Labor Day?
Labor Day originated as a way to celebrate the United States work force. Back in the late 1800’s, just after all the changes brought about by the Industrial Revolution, we were looking at a different culture. Americans have always been work-oriented, but at this point, our work had moved from laboring in farm fields to laboring in downtown factories. Different articles will tell you different things about exactly whose idea it was, but you get the picture: We wanted to rejoice in the fact that we are a country of workers–and that’s the true meaning of Labor Day.

This morning’s informative “SKILL SHARE SHOP TALK” was instructed by our long-time employee (almost 18 years!!) & Lead / Sprayer, Jeff Meissner. Topics covered were poly & chute placement along with caulking and outlet covering. Thanks, Jeff!

We also drew for a FREE DAY OFF for those employees that had perfect attendance in any of the months of April, May & June. Dylan Janshen was our winner! Congrats, Dylan - enjoy that day off!

Welcome, Tim Bommersbach, we are fortunate to have you as part of the Tri County Team!

Tim started with Tri County in July 2026 to lead our painting team and has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial painting. Tim takes great pride in transforming spaces providing meticulous prep, clean lines and lasting durability. Whether it’s refreshing a family living room or managing a large-scale commercial project, his focus is honest communication, precise craftmanship and doing the job right the first time resulting in very satisfied customers! When the ladders are packed up and the paint dries, you’ll find him outdoors. Tim is an avid hunter and angler spending most of his free time in the woods, on the water or heading out on weekend adventures with his wife and kids.
