As a nod to the new year, we’re sharing an updated door from the cutest foursquare. It’s amazing what a little paint will do!

We are the caretakers of these beautiful homes for the years we are in them. The memories made inside the homes; they tend to take care of us through the years. It’s all about the people inside your heart and home.

Sometimes I search the date in my photos to see what I was doing on this day; a visual diary of sorts. Today, the middle picture in this series showed up.

I often measure my progress by the day or month, but years pass quickly. I’m reminded that slow and steady gets things done too.

We still have work to do, but much improvement has been made on this cape cod. The first pic is from spring of ‘21 and if you look closely, you’ll see our irreverent tulips 😳. The last pic is what the house looked like when we bought it.
