Who are the steel guys in here that can help with 5 steel straps I need? 1/2” thick, 3” deep approximately 6’ long with the ends turned up on 90’s and 2 lag bolt screw holes? I need these for large window installation stabilizers on a house in Colleyville. We can install, if you can make to spec and drop off onsite. Who is the expert water proofing crew in dfw that can seal up everything the framer missed, zip to foundation, prepare for energy star level liquid seal and come back after the mep’s are done and seal all penetrations before the energy star test. Our priority is water proofing first and then air sealing secondary since this home will be foam insulated. Looking for guys that can do materials and labor. If you’re a professional please text Jen(8175128226)to request any info needed for you to proved your estimate so we can proceed with hiring for the waterproofing/sealing scope of work. Also if you do metal flashing we need that too.
