This 40x64x16 charcoal and black building turned out pretty sharp! The two 12x14 overhead doors make it easy to store vehicles, equipment and, of course, all the toys 😎.

Our excavation crew recently completed a job at a home on Torch Lake for a customer dealing with a failing septic system. Because current regulations would not allow for a drain field replacement, we installed a new pump system to get everything back up and running properly.

This installation included two 2,500 gallon traffic bearing holding tanks, each weighing approximately 24,000 lbs. Each tank was secured with a 7,000 lb ballast embedded in 18” of crushed stone that the tanks were set on. We finished things off by reshaping the driveway and side yard.

A lot of careful planning went into this project to safely navigate utilities in tight proximity while dewatering throughout the excavation process. Special shout out to Aubertin Tree service for the prompt grapple truck service and the removal of some challenging trees.
