We’re in the home stretch on this one! 🙌🏼

Our team has been hard at work at Bosque Co-Housing in partnership with Abrazo Homes and Rembe Group, and this project is almost across the finish line. Just a little more roofing, some gutters, and this thing is DONE. 🔨🏠

Our scope includes:
⚒️ Corrugated charcoal gray metal roofing
🏢 TPO balconies
🌧️ K-style gutters throughout the community

📍 Located in Albuquerque’s Vecinos del Bosque neighborhood, this community sits just a short walk from the Rio Grande Bosque, river beaches, Valle Del Bosque public park, hiking trails, and a bike path connecting into town. 🌳🚲

When complete, the community will feature 25 privately owned homes, ranging from one-bedroom homes with loft space to four-bedroom townhouses with rooftop decks, all centered around a shared open space. 🏡

The homes were designed with energy efficiency, water conservation, and quality construction at the forefront, and we’re proud to have played a part in bringing that vision to life with roofing systems built for long-term performance. 💪🏼

The roofing on Building 2 at Zia Flats in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico is officially complete! ✅🙌

We’re proud to partner with Pavilion Construction on this outstanding project. It’s been great working together and watching this community come to life one building at a time.

While there’s still more to come with the coping and metal awnings, gutters….. checking another roof off the list! 💪

🏡✨ Another happy homeowner in Hutto, Texas! Frontier Roofing is proud to deliver another high-quality reroof featuring a durable 24-gauge standing seam metal roofing system designed to provide long-lasting protection and incredible curb appeal.
🔨 This project included the complete removal of the existing roofing system, installation of high-temperature synthetic underlayment, and high-temp ice & water shield in the valleys for added protection.
🏠 We also installed new chimney counter flashing, matched the existing ventilation system, and completed the roof with an 18” panel, 1” double-lock seam metal system built to stand the test of time.
🛠️ Our team detached and reset the existing gutters, sealed and painted all applicable penetrations and flashings, and ensured every detail was completed with care and precision.
🧹 Once the work was complete, all debris was cleaned up and hauled away, leaving the property looking better than ever.
