ROMA and our design/build team are thrilled to support the Pueblo of Jemez on this important community project.

It is especially exciting to see the Land Use and Infrastructure Center move from years of planning into construction. The design brings multiple departments together around a shared courtyard, with rammed earth walls reflecting the surrounding red rock landscape and grounding the project in place.

Congratulations to the Pueblo of Jemez on this meaningful milestone!

In the spirit of celebrating fall in the Rio Grande Valley, we’re sharing recent aerial views by Tania Nevarez of the Corrales K-8 School as construction progresses. The campus continues to rise among the golden cottonwoods of the bosque, a reminder of how architecture and landscape come together to define place.

Check out our new office space! After decades in our well-loved 100+ year old bungalow in Downtown Albuquerque, it was time for a change. Our new location is right down the street, but with more room to collaborate, create, and innovate. We can’t wait to make great things happen here!

It was so cool to see the Albuquerque Public Schools Arroyo Del Oso Elementary School community out in force to celebrate the opening of their new building. We’re really happy with how this one turned out. Professional photos coming soon!

Albuquerque Public Schools Sandia Base Elementary has been under construction for a little over a year now, and things are starting to get exciting! Hats off to HB Construction for their outstanding efforts, and for putting on this fun community barbeque event. In keeping with the building’s theme of “flight”, we had a blast teaching kids how to fold different paper airplane designs and helping them zip around the 3D model in VR. It was great to see students, teachers, and families share in our excitement for what’s to come!

It was great to see the school community out in force at the ground breaking for Hope Christian High School (Phase 1). The new design will replaces and/or renovate all existing buildings currently on campus to establish an integrated and enduring facility. The new building was carefully planned around preserving the beautiful existing courtyard shown in this photo. We can’t wait to get this one started! Hope Christian School

Warm welcome to Thomas Bejcek, the newest member of our team! Thomas completed his Master’s in Architecture at the University of New Mexico last year and won the prestigious Jeff Harnar Award for Student Architecture in 2023. We’re excited to have his talent and charisma on board. Welcome, Thomas!
