We are over the moon with how our newly painted curved wall turned out. Getting to design our dream wall and collaborate with local muralist to bring it to life using traditional pounce patterns has been such a pleasure.

As we always say around here, Performance, Fun, and Relationship are key, and this collaboration checked all three boxes. We could not be happier with the final result!

Things have been heating up here at Century, with our building exterior renovation nearing completion and a summer booked solid with work. We may be growing a little weary of the heat, but never of each other!

In the middle of this busy season, we want to take a moment to pause and reflect. We feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such an amazing group of people, but we also recognize that a strong company culture does not happen by accident. It is something we have worked diligently to cultivate. Our culture encourages people to support one another, take pride in their work, and inspire greatness in each other.

This photo from our team retreat last November, alongside our company motto, is a reminder of what makes Century so special. Behind every project, deadline, and accomplishment is a team that genuinely enjoys working together and shares pride in what we do.

We’re grateful to work in the world of wayfinding and placemaking, and even more grateful for the people beside us as we do it.

One of the many perks of working at Century is our employee longevity bonus!

Traditionally, employees have received their first longevity bonus of $10,000 after 10 years, followed by $5,000 for every additional 5-year milestone.

Starting this month, we’re changing things up and granting a $5,000 bonus for every 5-year milestone our employees reach!

We are always looking for ways to better take care of our people and show how much we value their hard work, loyalty, and dedication.

Century Sign Builders recently had the honor of seeing our signage included in the filming of Singing Arrow Community Center for its feature on America By Design, a show highlighting great architectural design across the United States.

We want to give a huge thank you to our friends at CSR Architects for involving us in this incredible project and for the opportunity to contribute to such a thoughtfully designed community space.

For Singing Arrow, our goal was to create signage and environmental graphics that did more than identify spaces. We wanted each element to feel connected to the architecture, the brand, and the people who use the building every day.

That intention shows up in both the small details and the larger visual moments throughout the facility. The ADA signage subtly mirrors the orange exterior banding of the building, creating a connection between the interior signage and the architecture itself. The supergraphics were designed with equally intentional messaging, using bold, playful language to draw youth into the space and encourage movement, imagination, and a sense of play.

Together, these elements and more create a signage system that supports wayfinding, strengthens placemaking, and carries visual continuity throughout the facility.

To learn more about the significance of Tijeras Cultural Corridor logo located on the west side of the building, we encourage visitors to explore the Tijeras Cultural Corridor Education Exhibit at Singing Arrow Community Center.

Signage doesn’t have to stand apart from architecture. At its best, it becomes part of the experience.

A little Tuesday experimentation with our new shop printer over here at Century Sign Builders!

While our wallpapers have traditionally had a matte finish, we’re now able to dip our toes into the world of gloss-on-matte printing, opening the door to some really exciting wallpaper possibilities.

Think black-on-black printing, gloss-on-matte details, dimensional-looking finishes, and so much more.

Behind every successful project are hours of planning, coordinating, designing, testing, and experimenting. From fabrication to installation, we live for the process of bringing big visions to life.

We’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at our installers out in Artesia, working on signage for the new Recreation Center!

This project is a great example of the custom signage solutions our team can provide, including face-lit logos and dimensional monument signs. From fabrication to installation, we love seeing these pieces come together on site and become part of a new community space.
