Well, it’s official! Our owner and president David Shaffer is retiring from at year end and handing over the reigns to Daniel Griego! We are excited for them both and the continued success of what we do in our community.

The announcement came at this morning’s CCIM New Mexico meeting. Said Shaffer “after our 25th anniversary last year and over 4,500 projects over all these years, the time is right to make this change. I’m excited for Daniel’s leadership to take over in 2027 and looking forward to serving our community in a different capacity going forward. As a small business in this community we are extremely grateful for all of the partnerships we have developed over the years and can’t wait to see those continue. Thank you to everybody for our relationships we’ve developed and your friendship as well.”
