We recently welcomed STEP-UP Solar to Unirac’s New Jersey warehouse for a facility tour and interviews with our team about careers in solar, supply chain, and the work that keeps our industry moving.

Based in Asbury Park, NJ, STEP-UP Solar helps young people and adults prepare for careers in solar through education and hands-on training. We’re excited to partner with them to share real experiences, highlight career paths, and help future solar professionals see where their talents can take them.

A big thank you to Sarah Pidgeon of STEP-UP Solar, Craig Lipinski, UNIRAC's New Jersey Facilities and Shipping Supervisor, and our hardworking NJ team for sharing their time, experience, and passion for what they do, and for keeping our operations moving every day! It's Balloon Fiesta week in Unirac's hometown, the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico! Every morning, hundreds of hot air balloon pilots lift off at sunrise, and our team gets a front-row seat on the way to work.

There’s something special about watching the balloons take flight against our New Mexico skies. It’s a reminder of the creativity, community, and local pride that make Albuquerque such a great place to call home.

We're pleased to share that our investment in additional ECOFOOT 2+ wind tunnel testing is complete. As a result, U-Builder now supports the latest ASCE 7-22 standards and wind tunnel testing requirements. (Or, if you prefer, you can also submit your project to our Commercial Services team for design support.)

What’s New:
· Alignment with ASCE 7‑22 and ASCE 49‑21 wind tunnel requirements
· Tornado load considerations for Risk Categories III & IV
· Additional parameter updates reflecting ASCE 7‑22
