Another project completed and ready for years of service.

Our crew removed the existing asphalt loading area, excavated and prepared the site, installed reinforcement, formed the new pad, and poured fresh concrete throughout the loading dock area. We also added additional loading docks to improve efficiency and increase capacity for daily operations.

Clean, durable, and built to handle heavy traffic. 🚚

We had the pleasure of sharing our shop space with artist Scott Hocking as he created his installation for the Medina Triennial. Watching his vision take shape from concept to completion was a fascinating experience and gave us a unique appreciation for the creativity and craftsmanship behind his work.

It was exciting to see the piece come together, and we were continually amazed by the process. Beyond the artwork itself, we truly enjoyed getting to know Scott and learning more about his creative journey.

We're grateful to have played a small role in supporting his time here in Orleans County and are proud to have been part of this memorable project.

Built for today — designed for tomorrow. 🚧✨

This 5,500 sq. ft. commercial car wash project was more than just a new build. From the beginning, the goal was to create a modern four-bay facility with the infrastructure in place for future expansion.

Over a 6-month timeline, our team handled design coordination, permitting, excavation, HVAC, electrical, and general contracting services to bring the vision to life. Every drain, electrical panel, and mechanical component was strategically planned with long-term growth in mind.

The result: a clean, efficient, and future-ready car wash delivered on time and on budget.

From concept to completion — this 15,000 sq. ft. agricultural/commercial expansion was built to modernize operations without missing a beat.

Over a 10-month timeline, our team coordinated design, permitting, excavation, HVAC, electrical, and full general contracting services to seamlessly tie a new facility into the existing structure. The biggest priority? Keeping the client fully operational throughout construction.

The result: a fully integrated addition and remodel that supports state-of-the-art fertilizer blending while giving the facility a modern, cohesive look.
