This week has been both busy and rewarding, with a focus on providing annual service. We have successfully restored service for customers who experienced issues with their tankless water heater. Just a reminder with the potential of a ice/snow storm coming up this weekend if you have a OUTSIDE tankless water heater leave a faucet running on the hot side with a small steady stream to keep water running through your water heater. Manufactures will not warranty water heaters that are frozen and busted. If you have any problems or questions you can give Matt a call at 256-960-7529 everyone stay safe and stay warm!!!

Remember to keep the water dripping on the hot side of the faucet if you have outdoor tankless water heaters to keep them from freezing up if your water lines are not protected against the freezing temperatures.
