Another project we delivered at the beginning of August! We teamed up with the GC on this one to help bring their client’s vision to life.

We removed the old windows and replaced them with new black windows with no grilles. We also removed all the traditional window trim and went back with drywall returns and corner bead, then mudded, skimmed, and painted everything to match.

No trim. No grilles. Just a clean, modern finish that really makes those black windows stand out. 🔥

Really proud of how this one turned out. We keep working and bringing projects to life for all your remodeling needs!

📍 Louisburg, NC

Back in May, we were hired to finish this building after a previous contractor left behind quite a few issues. No contractor shaming here—the work speaks for itself. 😅

Our team came in and got everything back on track. We corrected the framing, replaced damaged OSB, removed and reinstalled the metal roof and siding, repaired the fascia and soffit, added proper waterproofing and flashing, and finished everything the right way.

The final result turned out beautiful, and most importantly, the homeowners were happy with their finished project!

Thank you for choosing and trusting MBP7 Construction to bring this project across the finish line. 💪

Just a small look at some of the projects we’ve delivered over the past months. Another one complete and ready for the market! 🏡✅

This was a medium rehab where we took the home from drywall all the way to the finish line. New drywall, vanities, kitchen cabinets, doors, fresh paint, and all the finishing touches needed to pass inspections and bring this home back to life.

A huge thank you to the entire MBP7 Construction team. Projects like this don’t happen without the hard work, dedication, and attention to detail that everyone brings every day. Proud of what we’ve accomplished together! 💪
