Creighton Manning is proud to have partnered with the Dutchess County Transportation Council (DCTC) and the City of Beacon to prepare an inventory of pedestrian infrastructure throughout the City.

As part of this effort, our team evaluated more than 50 miles of sidewalks, 800 curb ramps, and 250 crosswalks. The resulting data has been incorporated into a GIS-based asset management tool that will help the City prioritize investments, program maintenance activities, and advance future pedestrian improvement projects.

A special thank you to the staff of DCTC, the City of Beacon, the City's consultant partners, and the City Council members who provided local knowledge and valuable feedback throughout the process. Collaboration was essential to developing a practical planning tool that will support safer, more accessible pedestrian travel for years to come.

We appreciate the opportunity to support the City’s ongoing efforts to improve mobility, accessibility, and quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
