We can't say enough about Doug! He is not just a team member. After 10 years, he is family at Concrete Enterprises. Thanks for all you do to keep us rolling.

Meet Doug Bailey, Plant Maintenance Manager at Concrete Enterprises. With 10 years on the team, Doug says his favorite part of the job is the people, the teamwork, and being part of a company where everyone works hard, supports one another, and does whatever it takes to get the job done right.

One thing Doug has learned while working at Concrete Enterprises is that attitude and consistency matter just as much as skill. He believes that when everyone works together and takes pride in what they do, a lot can be accomplished.

Outside of work, Doug is a dedicated runner who enjoys challenging himself both physically and mentally. Running has taught him discipline, perseverance, and the importance of showing up every day ready to improve. When it's time to unwind, you can find him at Mellow Mushroom on Thursday nights enjoying karaoke with family and friends. We're proud to have Doug as part of Concrete Enterprises and the CE Family team!

We are so proud to have Kelsey as part of the CE Family!

Meet Kelsey Barfield, Payroll Specialist at CE Family. For the past 3 years, Kelsey has enjoyed watching the CE Family continue to grow and getting to interact with her coworkers every day. She says the people she works with are a big part of what makes her job so rewarding.

Working with all of the companies that make up the CE Family has taught Kelsey how important communication is and how to work with many different personalities. She's also learned that even when work is challenging, it's possible to have fun and enjoy what you do.

When she's not working, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her dogs, Mazie and Ray, her boyfriend Evan, family, and friends. She loves spending time on the river and is a die hard Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves fan. On the weekends, you can almost always find her at Mi Casa. We're proud to have Kelsey as part of the CE Family team!

Our Concrete Enterprises team caught this incredible SpaceX launch sighting around 5 AM, lighting up the South Georgia sky right over the trucks. Pretty cool way to kick off the day!

Meet Delrick Anderson, Mixer Driver at Concrete Enterprises. With 9 years on the team, Delrick says his favorite part of the job is helping customers on job sites and making sure safety always comes first.

One thing Delrick has learned while working at Concrete Enterprises is how to calculate how much concrete a job needs just by looking at it. It's a skill that comes from experience and paying attention to the details.

Outside of work, Delrick enjoys spending time with his family and watching the game. He's a loyal Atlanta Falcons fan and enjoys grabbing a meal at LongHorn Steakhouse. When it's time to relax, his favorite place to unwind is at home with family. We're proud to have Delrick as part of Concrete Enterprises and the CE Family team!

Craig may be a man of few words, but his dedication speaks volumes. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the Georgia Bulldogs and spending time at home. We’re grateful for Craig and proud to have him as part of Concrete Enterprises and the CE Family team!

Meet Dusty Dalton, Manager at Concrete Enterprises. With nearly 20 years working in sales with the company, Dusty says his favorite part of the job is working with the people, taking care of customers, and watching the company continue to grow.

One thing Dusty has learned over the years is that concrete can change at any moment. And, being ready to adapt is the key to success. Outside of work, Dusty enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors. He’s also a fan of the Florida Gators.

Today, our office had the honor of celebrating a very special lady — Ms. Gayle Ambrose, who is 70 years young!

Ms. Gayle pours so much of her time, heart, and energy into everything she does. From organizing employee celebrations where she brings joy to hundreds of team members and their families to employee spotlights, her impact on the CE Family is truly unmatched. The countless hours she dedicates behind the scenes never go unnoticed. She is the DIAMOND!
