Meet Robert Sherrod, Machinist at Agri Dynamics – Industrial Manufacturing. With 35 years on the job, Robert says his favorite part of the work is the people he gets to work alongside every day.

One thing Robert has learned over the years is how to handle problems under pressure — a skill that comes with experience and dedication.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys knitting and woodworking. When it’s time to unwind, you can find him at El Maya.

Meet Craig Richardson, Driver at Concrete Enterprises . With nearly 30 years on the team, Craig has been a steady and reliable part of the CE Family, doing what he does best — driving and getting the job done right.

Over the years, he’s learned the value of friendship, built through time, trust, and working alongside the same team day after day.

Craig may be a man of few words, but his dedication speaks volumes. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the Georgia Bulldogs and spending time at home. We’re grateful for Craig and proud to have him as part of Concrete Enterprises and the CE Family team!

We had the opportunity to hear an important update on Georgia’s economy, the driving factors shaping our state’s future, and the critical role workforce development continues to play in long-term success and growth.

These are the types of presentations that create meaningful progress and strengthen partnerships. We appreciate the leadership, collaboration, and shared vision that made this morning so valuable.

Investing in the Future of Our Community

Yesterday, Alex Johnson and Neil Wisham with Septic Solutions Plumbing, along with Clint Eudy from Express Disposal, had the honor of representing their companies and the entire CE Family at the Phoebe Foundation Partner Luncheon.

This special event recognizes businesses that are committed to supporting the future of healthcare in our region. It was also a meaningful opportunity to hear from Phoebe leadership about what’s ahead, as well as a touching story from a family whose daughter spent 72 days in the NICU — a powerful reminder of the impact this work has on real lives.

The Phoebe Foundation is doing incredible work, and we’re proud that Septic Solutions Plumbing, Express Disposal, and the entire CE Family can play a part in supporting such an important mission.

Meet Matthew Cox, Construction Foreman at Septic Solutions Plumbing & Precast. Since joining the team in September 2024, Matthew says his favorite part of the job is meeting new people and watching the company continue to grow.

He’s learned that there’s much more to construction than meets the eye, and that every day brings new opportunities to learn and improve.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his fiancée and kids. He’s also a fan of the Auburn Tigers — and something you might not expect, he has 5 years of mixed martial arts experience. When it’s time to relax, he enjoys grabbing a bite at Los Vaqueros or unwinding on his back porch.

Meet Dusty Dalton, Manager at Concrete Enterprises. With nearly 20 years working in sales with the company, Dusty says his favorite part of the job is working with the people, taking care of customers, and watching the company continue to grow.

One thing Dusty has learned over the years is that concrete can change at any moment. And, being ready to adapt is the key to success. Outside of work, Dusty enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors. He’s also a fan of the Florida Gators.

This morning, the CE Family had the honor of recognizing Robert “Rabbit” Sherrod for 35 years of dedicated service to our partner company, Industrial Manufacturing. This milestone represents a lifetime of loyalty, commitment, and hard work — something truly rare and worth celebrating.

Rabbit has been a steady presence on the floor, bringing unmatched knowledge, skill, and pride to everything he does. Through years of change, growth, and advancing technology, he has adapted, led by example, and played a key role in shaping the success of our organization. Simply put — he knows what we do and how we do it, and he does it right.

They say they broke the mold when they made him… and even with our laser cutters, we couldn’t make another one (trust us, we tried).

We are grateful, proud, and honored to have Rabbit as part of the CE Family. Congratulations on an incredible 35 years! 👏

A major win for Southwest Georgia! 🚛🌱

We were proud to join state and local leaders, including Tyler J. Harper, Bo Dorough, and Jana D**e, in celebrating the official launch of the Georgia Grown Resource Center in Downtown Albany.

The CE Family was honored to be part of the day, with our green machines and team members from Concrete Enterprises and Express Disposal on site showing support for this incredible investment in our region’s future. It’s moments like these that reflect what CE is all about — supporting growth, strengthening communities, and showing up where it matters most.

We’re excited to see the lasting impact this project will have on Albany and Southwest Georgia. 💛

From bucking broncs to barrel racing, we’re proud to play a part in bringing events like this to life right here in our community!

Meet Michael Clark, Senior Superintendent at CE Construction. With 1.5 years on the team, Michael says his favorite part of the job is watching a project come to life from start to finish and knowing he’s helping build the community. He knows every day brings something different, and staying focused and paying attention is key when you’re constantly learning something new on the job.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. Known for his positive outlook, he says one unique thing about him is that he’s happy 99% of the time. One of his go-to spots to unwind is Cork’s.
