All Pro Septic – Hiring Foreman / Trackhoe Operator
All Pro Septic is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Foreman / Trackhoe Operator to lead crews and oversee daily job operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate trackhoe (excavator) for septic installations and repairs
Supervise and lead field crews
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
Coordinate daily tasks and communicate with team members and management
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (required)
Reliable transportation (required)
Septic or excavation experience preferred
CDL is a plus
Leadership experience is a plus
