If you’ve worked with Josh, you know how much he cares about getting things right for each one of his customers. For 10 years, he’s been an incredible part of Del Mar, including the past five years as our Vice President!

Josh leads our flooring and cabinet divisions with a work ethic and dedication that set the standard for our team. He takes the time to help customers understand their options, navigate challenges, and feel confident throughout their projects.

That same care carries into his life at home. Josh and his wife, Megan, are raising four children. They also serve as foster parents, opening their home and hearts to children and families who need support. Of everything he does, being a great dad is what makes him proudest. ❤️

Del Mar is looking for a full-time Office Manager / Content Creator to join our team. This role combines day-to-day office operations with creative marketing support to help keep our business running smoothly and growing.

Responsibilities:
-Manage daily office tasks, answering phones, scheduling, and customer communication
-Co-ordinate with our marketing agency on current sales and offers
-Take photos/videos of projects

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable with taking photos and videos for social media. Position does not need to edit or post content.
-Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Position Details:
-Full-time
-Pay dependent on experience (starting at $20/hour)

Exciting progress is underway at Tierra Azul! Our Del Mar team has officially started the flooring work on this important new development.

Tierra Azul will provide beautiful new homes and wonderful opportunities for families in Alamosa, and we’re proud to play a part in bringing it to life. We can’t wait to watch this community take shape—one floor at a time!
