This property is a perfect example of how what you see on the surface doesn’t always tell the whole story.
 
Before we were contracted for this project on a 62 unit building, new windows and stucco were installed by another vendor. However, once our team was onsite, we uncovered significant termite and water damage hidden beneath the surface. It was clear that the wood had been exposed to the elements for some time before the windows were installed, leading to extensive decay. The decay weakened the structural integrity of the walls, creating a hidden risk that could have gone unnoticed until it caused even more serious problems.
 
Dry rot, termite damage, and water infiltration are silent threats that can compromise the structural integrity of a property if left unaddressed. They often remain hidden behind walls or beneath finishes until the damage has spread. That’s why a thorough assessment and attention to detail are critical when it comes to construction and repairs.

This project site features expertly installed scaffolding utilizing safety netting and a shrink-wrap cap. This setup not only ensures a secure working environment for our team but also protects the building from external elements. Integrated windows in the scaffolding design allow natural sunlight to illuminate the interior, prioritizing both functionality and tenant comfort.

Behind the scenes at our site workshop, we conduct detailed mockups of window and wall penetrations to ensure flawless ex*****on once we move to the building. This proactive approach minimizes errors, saves time, and guarantees quality in every detail.
