Construction requires using natural resources 🌳 💦⚡ and we don't take it for granted. Each year we donate to plant 100 trees in California. We continuosly refine our designs for material efficiency and to minimize waste. We monitor and meet our recycling and diversion goals on every project. This year we invested in solar and our warehouse now runs 100% PV. We added our first electric vehicle and our mobile workshop runs on PV as well. Every little bit helps. Happy Earth Day 2024!

Our Otis Loft ADU is getting close to done here on the east end of Alameda 94501. Even in a small backyard it’s possible to have a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage with plenty of room left for outside entertaining and enjoyment! ❤️🏡
