Making an impact goes beyond the job site. 💙

Our crews participated in the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention's Construction Hike for Hope, joining others in support of a cause that impacts so many in the construction industry.

The mission is to improve the mental health of construction workers through education and intervention and empower mental health champions to create a culture of support, awareness, and hope.

Nearly 100 years old and still standing. The Glendale-Hyperion Bridge is getting the a makeover it deserves.

The project addresses every dimension of the corridor: seismic safety, historic preservation, pedestrian access, multimodal connectivity, and traffic operations. The goal is to make the bridge look like its original self again, restored in character, strengthened for the next century, and built to serve everyone who crosses it.

We're looking for subcontractor partners to help deliver the next phase of (SMART) service with the Healdsburg Extension project.

We need partners to help construct all aspects of the project: ▪️Civil, grading, and retaining walls. ▪️Asphalt paving and concrete flatwork. ▪️Bridge steel er****on and bridge demolition. ▪️H-pile, sheet pile, and rebar installation. ▪️Electrical and traffic signal work. ▪️Fencing, tree removal, and environmental services, and more.

More than 1,000 people showed up to celebrate a project groundbreaking: the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) Healdsburg Extension.

Nine miles of new track, a new station, and a North Bay community that has been waiting on this for a long time. There’s a train coming to town, and we get to be the ones who build it.

The SMART Healdsburg extension is one of those projects that reminds us why this work matters.

RESPECT is how we work -> Follow the plan, speak up, use Stop Work Authority, and if conditions change, stop and replan. Every person on the team plays a role in that.

One of our project managers put it into perspective: "Some people might say a project is successful if it's just finished on time or on budget. And yeah, that's part of it. We'll all get there eventually. But what really matters is how we get there. The way a team works together, how problems are handled, and the respect shown to the people in the field, the community, and among teammates is what drives real success."

That's the standard we hold ourselves to. It's also why we created CREW360 — to make sure everybody has a voice when it comes to safety🦺.

When each team member feels responsible for identifying risks and taking corrective action, that's when a real culture of accountability takes hold.

There is something special about walking into a conference knowing it was meant for you: a woman in transportation.

The WTS International Annual Conference theme was "Leading the Way".

We took that literally.

Jennifer DeLong led attendees on the Sixth Street Viaduct tour, one of LA's most talked about civic structures - and a bridge we built and know well.

Regan Heineke, Kathryn La Chapelle, Noemy Sanchez, and Bhanu Karuturi, represented the best of what this industry has to offer.
