Full interior remodel for this lovely family! We had to do a lot of floor correction in the home due to foundation issues that were repaired before we started. Repaired all the damaged drywall from the foundation lift, scraped all ceilings, installed LVP flooring, new bathtubs in both bathrooms with all new fixtures, new vanity cabinets with quartz tops, painted kitchen cabinets, with stained butcher block countertop and single bowl sink, updated kitchen cabinet hardware, installed all new appliances, fresh paint all around and finished off with tearing down the deck and rebuilding with a roof for a screened in porch!

Here we removed a mantel, fireplace insert and hearth. Filled in the hardwood woods to the wall, stain to match as close...

Here we removed a mantel, fireplace insert and hearth. Filled in the hardwood woods to the wall, stain to match as close as possible, installed an electric fireplace with custom pine mantel with boards and batten to spruce it up! Fun project that changed the whole dynamic of this family room!

Took a stubbed out bathroom and transformed it into a fully functional extra bathroom in the basement for this lovely family! Framed out existing wall to make room bigger, framed for new open linen shelves and built bulk head covering main HVAC trunk, added LED recessed light/vent fan combo venting to exterior of home splitting switch feed to control vanity and shower light separately, GFCI controlled outlets, hung/finished all new drywall, installed a shower/tub combo with LVP flooring, trimmed out room with baseboard and quarter round, installed customer provided vanity, and new toilet. Customer decided to just keep it white to bring in color with decoration. In the office area we added a door to a storage room and customer wanted us to paint new wall halfway for future chair rail install in that room.

Recent deck we built in Alabaster. Had to replace a lot of rot in the siding and even the rim joist had to be replaced. Went back with pine lap siding (best choice these days for Masonite repairs) painted everything to match. Siding rot in pictures is on adjacent town house so we were unable to take care of that at the moment but hopefully in the near future. All inspections passed with flying colors!!

Sometimes things go bad on jobs and that’s the reality of construction. With us, you get the full service from start to finish. This project took a turn for the worst, but we stood tall and hurdled all obstacles because we care about our clients. This master bath remodel we removed the whirlpool bath tub and one piece shower unit, closed off the old shower location for new open linen shelves, extended the new tiled shower, added in a bench and replaced the vanity top. All in all we ended up with satisfied customers with a beautiful bathroom makeover!

We took on an interior paint project totaling in 9000sq ft of wall space! The trim and doors were a dark color and we transformed this entire home with a fresh coat of paint all the way around. All ceilings in Sherwin Williams Pro Mar Pure White Flat, Trim in Sherwin Williams Emerald Pure White Semi-Gloss, and all walls in Sherwin Williams Super Paint Drift Of Mist Satin. We also updated a few vent fans to humidity sensing vent fans, replaced toilets, and installed some new glass in 6 windows! What a transformation and just in time for client to move in!!!
