Most days aren't glamorous...

**some days are in the sweltering heat ☀️, freezing cold ❄️ or in a monsoon ☔️
**some days are in a muddy ditch 🪏
**some days are ALL day trying to clear a really bad clog 🪠

But what we DO know is that we have nearly 50 team members that show up day after day & go above & beyond to make it all happen for our amazing builders & customers. And for that, we are thankful! 🫶 Shout out to our hardworking guys - YOU make it happen & are very much appreciated!

After a short temporary trial, we have decided against using AI assisted phone messaging at this time. While being available 24/7, we have come to the conclusion our customers prefer speaking to a human when possible, and after hearing the frustration in the voices of dear customers trying to communicate with AI in a time of emergency, we are discontinuing our AI Assistant until some of the glitches are worked out. We are sorry for the frustration and inconvenience that you had to deal with…I guess you are stuck with me for now...
